Bananas should be eaten as a snack, which can not be treated as a substitute for complete food, because of the minimal amount of fat and protein that cannot meet the body’s needs, in order to continue functioning properly.

You can also consume more than one banana per day. However, it is recommended to limit its daily intake, because excessive consumption increases the risk of health problems. Bananas have very low calories, but consuming more than the recommended daily intake will risk gaining weight.
