Dark Chocolate Mask

In addition to its delicious taste, dark chocolate has the benefit of brightening the skin.  Using dark chocolate masks on a regular basis can make skin healthier and radiant.  It also helps keep skin hydrated.
Dark chocolate contains polyphenols and flavonoids that nourish and rejuvenate the skin from the inside.  In addition, this delicious snack is proven to contain more antioxidants than other fruits.  These antioxidant properties help protect the skin from damage caused by free radicals.
Dark chocolate also protects the skin from damage caused by harmful UV rays of the sun.  Using a mask of dark chocolate nourishes the skin and makes it look brighter.
So how do you make and use a dark chocolate mask at home?  Here are the ingredients to the steps to make a dark chocolate mask to brighten the skin.
You can mix dark chocolate with milk, brown sugar and sea salt.  Milk contains lactic acid which is beneficial in exfoliating the skin.  This will certainly improve the texture of your skin becoming softer.
While brown sugar protects the skin from harmful UV rays of the sun.  UV rays from sun exposure cause the appearance of signs of aging on the skin.  Then sea salt is a nutritious ingredient that moisturizes the skin, making it soft and supple.
Ingredients:
  • 2 dark chocolate bars
  • 160 mL of milk
  • 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt
  1. Melted chocolate in a container. – After melting, add milk and stir.
  2. Add sugar and salt and mix everything well.
  3. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
  4. Apply the mixture to the face and neck evenly.  Leave for 10-15 minutes to dry.
  5. Rinse face thoroughly.  Repeat this treatment 1-2 times a week for maximum results.  Good luck.
