The Reason You Should Not Have Dinner More Than 6 PM

What time is the average person going to dinner? Everyone’s dinner schedule must vary, some are at six, seven, eight or even eat more dinner. It is well known that eating too late is not good for health, but many people still ignore this fact.
Perhaps research evidence can make people more aware that it is better not to eat dinner more than six o’clock at night. Research by the American Heart Association (AHA) shows that having dinner too late can increase your risk of heart disease.
Apparently, researchers found that the more nights someone ate, the higher the risk of developing cardiovascular disease. Especially the women who eat above 6 PM. Those who eat more than six at night are most likely to be obese, have high blood pressure, and slowly develop blood sugar levels.
