The study found that the morning sun provides many benefits for physical and psychological health. Morning sunlight contains nutrients and vitamin D which can boost the immune system, prevent the risk of jaundice and prevent the risk of depression. The experts said if people who lack vitamin D intake, especially vitamin D from sun exposure can risk depression up to 85%.

The study, published in the journal Dermato-Endocrinology, said that exposure to warm sunlight in the morning is beneficial to make the mood more calm and comfortable. Fresh morning air can be useful to smooth the circulation system in the body and supply the body's oxygen needs properly.
