According to a study from Japan published in the Journal of Nutritional Science and Vitaminology in 2012, cinnamon is said to be able to combat visceral fat in mice. However, it should be understood that the benefits of cinnamon for new weight loss will be felt when combined with regular exercise and a balanced diet.
For simple processing of cinnamon, you can prepare a glass of water, a teaspoon of honey, a little lemon for flavoring, and a stick of cinnamon.
To make it, boil cinnamon until the fragrance comes out then squeeze a little lemon on top. Then, add one teaspoon of honey.
This combination is believed to be efficacious for weight loss. You can also add it with other herbs, like ginger, pepper or mint to give it an additional healthy effect.
