MAKE YOUR OWN BUBBLE TEA AT HOME, CHEAP AND HEALTHY

Who doesn’t know buble tea?  A variety of shops serving tea drinks with a mixture of milk plus chewy balls in it, mushrooming in all cities in Indonesia, both local and international brands.

However, buying bubble tea constantly is certainly not recommended.  Besides making the contents of the wallet dry, we also do not know what materials are used in the manufacturing process.  For that, there are recipes for making Bubble Tea that is healthy and inexpensive.

The advantage of Bubble Tea’s home recipe is that you can measure sweetness according to taste.  You can also choose the sugar that suits you.

You can serve it for family or for a small party in your home.  So you don’t need to bother buying in the shop.  The following ingredients and how to make Bubble Tea at home.

Ingredients and Manufacturing Methods

  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup tapioca flour
  • 1/2 cup of tea powder
  • 500 ml of water to make brown sugar water
  • 900 ml of water to make tea
How to make Bubble:

  1. Mix 1 bowl of finely ground brown sugar with a bowl of tapioca flour.  Mix well.
  2. After both are mixed, just add enough water until chewy.  Mix well until chewy.
  3. Create a bubble-sized round shape that you want.
  4. Boil another bowl of finely ground sugar.  Wait for it to boil.
  5. Enter the rounded bubble that has been formed into a boiling pot of boiling sugar water, for up to 20 minutes.
  6. Once cooked, drain and chill.

How to make tea:

  1. Boil 1/2 cup of tea powder with 900 ml of water in the pan and wait for it to boil.
  2. Put the bubble that you have made into the cup.
  3. Then after the tea boils, cool and add milk (according to your taste) in the cup.
