Using sugar scrubs

Sugar is a natural exfoliator that can be found in your kitchen. Rough grain helps to make dead skin cells peel off by themselves. So if the dark skin color of the thighs is caused by a buildup of dead skin, a sugar scrub can be an effective solution.
